Beyond his professional life, Sid is an active member of the Overseas Chapter of ICAI such as Founder Chairman of ICAI Ohio (USA) Chapter, Portfolio member of ICAI Toronto and Advisor to ICAI Michigan Chapter(s) and a passionate mentor as a guest faculty member at various management institutes and high schools. His commitment to community and mentorship was recognized with the prestigious Town of Oakville Inspiration Award in 2025.

Varun Kapoor, with over 18 years of expertise spanning finance transformation, strategic consulting, and digital modernization, CA Kapoor is a proven leader in driving innovation for global enterprises. He spearheads complex Finance & Accounting transformations and cutting-edge AI initiatives across a diverse range of industries, including manufacturing, retail, hospitality, utilities, media, and technology. Nilesh Sangoi brings over two decades of experience in financial leadership and strategic management. He serves as the Chief Financial Officer of a large multi-specialty physician practice in Kentucky, where he oversees financial operations, bank financing, cash flow management, contracts, and strategic initiatives focused on operational efficiency and cost optimization.

Nilesh is one of the five founding members who established the ICAI Ohio Region Representative Office, and he is committed to strengthening the professional community and fostering engagement among ICAI members in the region.

A 20th All-India Rank holder in the ICAI Final Examination, Nilesh completed his articleship and professional training under Mr. Bansi S. Mehta.

Nilesh has served as a VITA Tax Preparation Volunteer since 2008 and currently serves on the Board of the Green River Asset Building Coalition, supporting financial capability and economic opportunity in the community. He has also been a member of the AICPA since 2001.
